it was a terrible experience bugs the toilet kept backing up and it was very hard to manuver being a senior i couldnt walk the miles to my room i was very disappointed i always wanted to stay at primm resort it looked inviting from the outside i stayed at whiskey petes it was better and i didnt have to pay as much you should treat your seniors better that place is impossible to walk if you are disabled which i am i have been to vegas many times and this was my worst visit June 12, 2013
Inside the rooms great but... The rooms themselves were great but the hallways were scary many doors broken, did not feel safe. Hallway carpets dirty elevators broken. Primm is the perfect location but staying there is questionable unless I find a better hotel. Casino was good, golf course is great, food in the cafe and waiters were great, beds very comfortable, cleaning staff very good. This is the second time there and would like to stay in Primm but not I can stay at a place with those scary hallways and broken down hotel room doors. February 28, 2013
Ithe hotel had no heat. I spoke to a numbe of guests who sere complaining that there rooms were cold The lack of heat affected my overall experience. As a result of being cold I was uncomfortable and would not allow me ever stay there again January 25, 2013

Everything was fine to excellent from check in to check out. No issues! Although I was hoping that Buffalo Bills would be open during Dec but the Primm was fine. December 17, 2012
no coffee in room only issue with room was there was no coffee maker in room. coffee stand in casino did not open until 6;30 am. had to get coffee to go at coffee shop. cup was half filled and it was only 12 ounce cup. when i approached coffee stand at 6 am girl behind counter just pointed at sign that a clock that showed 6:30 am August 8, 2012
Good casino layout and clean restroom. The floor tile in the bathroom were broken and the entry door will not lock from the outside. I could have ask for another room, but it was late. June 12, 2012
It is small compared to the city which adds to the feeling of comfort and safety Huge outlet mall for the wife/girlfriend/partner cassino floor is large enough to have a good time. March 14, 2012
