Check in associate not friendly- made us feel like we were interrupting her, like she had better things to do. Valet was friendly.
Room # plate was gone, looked like someone had hand written # with crayon. Hair dryer, broken - fell off the wall where it should have been attached.

The room was inexpensive. The whole place smelled like cigarettes. The room was dated. The bed clean. Our toilet leaked water every time we flushed. The bartender was super friendly. We ate breakfast at the Pancake House. The waitress was nice and the food was good. It wasn't awful but it was far from great.

After leaving Vegas at noon and did not arrive in Stateline until 2 1/2 hours later -- traffic was a nightmare. UGH! We booked through Vegas.com, but knowing the line was growing the manager kept brand-new clerks at the front desk checking people in. We were in line to check in for more than an hour. Our room was nice and away from noise, until the fire alarms went off at 9:30 p.m. We were out of there and headed home in LA! We'd do it again to wait out the traffic, but the hotel should be better prepared. We heard from other employees that Sunday traffic is always that way.

One of the nice things about Primm Valley hotels is there is no hidden resort fee but you do have to pay extra for internet. There not a whole lot to do so I felt I was forced to just relax with no real itinerary. I have stayed at Buffalo bill’s and Whisky Pete’s an there both nice, not fancy or grand but clean and nice.

We stayed in this hotel 10 to 15 years ago and back then it seemed clean.In 2014 it seemed exactly the same, but not in a good way! It’s like all they have done in ten years is vacuum the carpets without really sinking even ten dollars into improvements, which is really sad. The employees are really great and I don’t blame any of this on them. It lies squarely on the Managers and the owners lack of any vision what so ever for his Guests. All they care about is getting your last few dollars and it shows really bad. I would never recommend a night stay here for anyone. A sinking ship again really sad. All I could think while staying here is how if I was Manager what actions I would take. Turning my vacation into a job. Really sad.

While walking through the hallways the carpets look like they have never been cleaned. There were no aminities like in other hotels. I am a non smoker, the stench of smoke hung heavy in the air,I caughed alot. The slot machines don't even say thank when you give them your money, I've never won anything. I will not be staying there again.

My room was far away from the casino, with nothing close in site. Extremely poor service at Original Pancake House. Good Sports Book. Decent room but very thin walls.

the areas for improvement were customer service related, we drve from the southbay area, it usually takes us about 4 1/2 hours to get there or more so we left at 7am fortunately it took us 3 hours to get t Primm valley casino so around 1030am I tried to check-in, iknow it was early but it looked empty the parking lot was empty, but the lady at the check-in counter with out even checking on the computer said that there were not any rooms available that all the rooms were sold out. obviously she was annoyed that I was there so early. the way I see it im there to spend money. instead i waited for about 3 hours till 1pm to see if i was gonna be able to check in. i usually stayed at whiskey petes and if i get there early is never a problem
