The M Resort is Awesome!! Great resort, beautiful rooms, super serene feeling. Can't say how amazing this resort is. Will be staying here whenever I go to Vegas! April 23, 2013
People giving service were outstanding. The Hotel is up market but is not outstanding. They did not provide info that the large pool would be unavailable. There was no notice that you must take picture id to the pool to charge a drink. Registration took 4 hours because I was early and information it would take so long was never forth coming. Valets and food service staff were excellent but a couple on the front desk were not of their quality. The hotel is doing some conservation, BUT places to recycle especially plastic were nowhere to be found. They supply a small non smoking section but perhaps it is time to ban all smoking. We know second hand smoke causes cancer and I believe that staff as well as guests would benefit from such a move. April 18, 2013
Everything was amazing except for the pool Check-in was great, our room had a great view towards the strip and the room itself was perfect. We ate at the buffet, and a couple other restaurants at the hotel and everything was amazing, prices were actually decent too. The ONLY complaint i really had with this place was the pool staff. So my gf and i went to the pool and i'm not sure if it was that i was hispanic (not my gf) or that we were both in our 20's and not jersey shore looking but the pool staff never once asked if we wanted anything to drink and'/or eat. Not only that but they asked everyone around us. so other than that the hotel was amazing and i would go back, just not expecting to get pool service. April 10, 2013
Good value at buy 2 nights get one free Only one small crowded pool was open when we were there in april. And no coffee makers available.$15 charge to use exercise room. April 10, 2013
Love it.......Would stay again! It would have been nice to have the main pool open, not sure why they wait until May to open it. April 4, 2013
Best hotel ever It's a really great hotel and since I got the great deal from Vegas.com, it's even better price. The hotel give us the strip-view room so we can see the strip day n night. If you want to just relax n have a great time away from crowd, then M Resirt is the your beat choice. The room is good size and shower is great too. Love the service and the cleanness of the room. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family in the future. March 31, 2013
Everything went very well, but was disappointed with the 'Closed Pool' that day. You've done a beautiful job of creating a unique friendly environment. Thanks! March 25, 2013
Friendly staff; easy parking! Fantastic rooms - close enough to the downtown action. A true resort oasis for the Las Vegas area! Loved the fact that The M Resort is its own self-contained world that is only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of The Strip and downtown Las Vegas. Looked forward each night to returning to The M's calm, peaceful surroundings. Really appreciated the free self-parking, which made coming and going a breeze. The staff could not have been nicer; I applaud your training program -- it is obviously a polished and professional one. I look forward to returning soon!! (Only downside: the pool was closed, so we could not take advantage of the lovely facility when the weather (about 80 degrees) was perfect for a post-hike swim.) March 23, 2013

Answer:
There's a monorail for free that runs from Mandalay bay to Luxor then Excalibur. You can cross the road from Excalibur and get the bus that runs up and down the strip. It costs $8 for a 24hr ticket, and you can use the deuce buses or the sdx bus. This is a great option to save the long walks, and easy to get to Fremont street on the sdx bus.

Answer:
Yes there is a cost for the shuttle from the airport to the strip. You can either book it ahead of time via the telephone numbers listed on vegas.com or whenever you get off the plane and get your luggage there are desks by the exit doors to go outside of the airport. You can purchase a shuttle ride at these locations also. Depending on the amount of people in your group a taxi maybe the cheaper of options. If you have two or more people I would consider a taxi as you don't have to go through all the extra stops on the shuttle that aren't your hotel. A taxi from the QUAD/Harrah's to the aiport was $15.00 without tip. The shuttle costs $7 per person, per way. Also our shuttle that was reserved for pick up back to the airport never showed up so we ended up taking a taxi and now I have to apply for a refund.
