For an off strip hotel I got what I expected in room quality and distance to the strip. The bar was great, bartenders were very friendly and service was awesome. The pool was family friendly and the perfect place to cool off, soak up some sun and down a few beers.

We arrived at the hotel sometime after 4:00 pm after a 16 hr drive with our two kids. When we checked in they gave us two rooms that were on opposite sides of the hotel, we were tired so we did not argue this. We went to check the rooms out and were surprised to find they were not what we asked for. When we booked the rooms we requested one room with two beds. I understood this was a request initially but three days before our trip we called and confirmed the rooms were close to one another and one had two beds. We were assured the rooms were next door to one another and one had two beds. I went to the front desk and explained the problem to the manager who was very rude and insisted the online requests for a room with two beds was just that, a request. I told him I understood that but we contacted the hotel directly to know what our accommodations were. The manager did not care that we called ahead and confirmed our requests were met and did nothing to resolve the issue. I had to contact Vegas.com and got them involved, they were very nice and understanding. They contacted the hotel manager while I was on hold and had the issue resolved. We finally got the rooms next to one another and one had two beds. Why couldn’t the manager resolve the issue with me? On to the hotel; the front counter staff were apologetic and tried to accommodate, the maids and handyman were also very friendly, the rooms were ok and they were roomy, towel bars were about to fall off, toilet was clogged, shower curtain was also loose, screws were coming out of the shower facet knob, safety rail on 3rd floor walkway missing bolts, ice machine was out of service with a sign to get ice from the bar but the bartender refused to give ice the server grabbed my ice bucket and filled it anyway arguing with the bartender. Overall there were more cons than pros, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone regardless of the low resort fees (that are ridiculous) or low room rates. Pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer.

Pool was out of order, there was do not cross tape around staircases. The elevator is a hot match box, ice machine did not work. Breakfast buffet is not worth the price. Very unsatisfied, very misleading Ad on this hotel. Lost my photo of pool, ground, DO NOT CROSS TRAPE, etc.

I almost cancelled my reservation when I was reading all the reviews but this place was clean flat screen tv king size bed granite countertops it was sick I loved it the staff dont mess with you .everything was great the guy that drives the shuttle was awesome he was telling me about some old starbucks that they moved and that it was 24hrs any this place is great I dont recommend the buffet its small and average but I dont recommend any buffets out in vegas only cesars palace trust I went to almost all of them

Cant complain for what i paid room was clean people were friendly. I used the monorail which is half a block away for the 4 days and it can drop you off right at linq flamingo or ballys which is perfect. Ill stay again

Overall this hotel was great. The front desk help wasn't friendly but she did what was expected. The rooms are big with a mini fridge which came in handy. They could add microwaves to baddle the Travel Lodge.

Disappointed from my first visit years ago, my reservation was totally mishandled so I did not receive the accommodation I PAID for in advance. The amenities have changed and are not reflected on the web site. At check the person on duty as well as the supervisor on duty were very rude an unsympathetic. After the maid serviced my room no towels were left whats so ever that was the last straw I checked out early.

This was not a hotel, it was more like a motel in a very bad location.
We had to lug our luggage up the stairs to the third floor because we couldn't find an elevator. the room was not bad but the towels were old and stained.
