Rated 3 out of 5 by GoHawks Nice for a night but wouldn't want to spend a week here.
We stayed here for two reasons: 1) Airport shuttle, 2) Price was less than 1/2 as much for a Saturday night as places on the strip, The hotel lobby gagged us with the cigarette smoke when we checked in but the room itself was sufficient and didn't smell. We didn't gamble or eat here, just checked in at 10 pm and were on the shuttle to the strip at 9 the next morning. This was a place to save money. It was off the strip but had several places to eat close by. Room was just as nice as our room at Circus Circus but not nearly as nice as the Excaliber.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Charlie1984 Cheep room if your going there just to crash but way too far from the strip.
Great room if your going on a budget, but the hotel's location is a really long walk from the strip. Also look into purchasing a full price shuttle service from the airport because the hotels shuttle service will take too long to and from the airport.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Colorado44444 Older hotel, be prepared to do your own housekeeping!
Older hotel, in an okay location. Problems came with older room. Room 1164, towel rack hanging off wall by 1 screw and yet there were towels on it when we arrived. Was only supports by other towel bar below it. First night was fine, came back into room after being out all day, we have a family of four and beds were made. They did not remove any of our trash, we ended up taking it all out ourselves. We did not have any new towels, they were still piled neatly on floor where we had left them. Very disappointed after long day out at softball tournament. Will not tell our friends to stay here.

Good room for good price. Not far from everything we wanted to see. Small bar and very small casino, but the room was nice and the employees were very helpful.

Great price. About half the walk in price. Room was very clean. They ran out of nonsmoking rooms with 2 queen beds. They offered a non smoking king bed instead. We decided to stay in the 2 queen room and was surprised that it didn't smell bad at all. Bathroom was really clean and shower worked perfect. Adjustable with great water pressure.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ktorres099 Decent hotel for a decent price
This is a decent hotel for the price. However, if you are looking for the "full vegas experience" you would prefer staying at a different hotel.
The staff is not very friendly. They will pass by without a greeting and also wait for you to approach them at the front desk, rather than asking if they can help you in any way.
You are required to pay a $5 resort fee. I have come to accept resort fees any where in Vegas. However, if I am paying a resort fee, I expect the amenities to be applicable. The wifi does NOT work in the rooms. I could not connect.
However, the mini fridge is a decent size. It does have a tiny freezer area, but it does not get too cold. However the fridge section does a decent job.
The bed is a bit on the hard side. I found it comfortable, but I prefer harder beds. There is no comforter, but rather three very thin sheets on the bed. The headboard is very short.
The couch is a nice added section to the room. However, it is VERY hard. I found it not comfortable at all and would not sit on it. Also the couch appeared a bit dirty. It definitely is time for the couch to be replaced.
There is a free shuttle to the strip however it only runs once an hour and seats maybe 12 people. I drove to the strip myself. The hotel is located very close to the strip.
The casino is almost nonexistent. It is very tiny and has about 20-30 slots. There are no tables, if that is important.
I did not try the food. There is a restaurant and a morning buffet. However the food seemed very average for the price, so I decided to eat else where.
The casino, food, and check-in is all clumped together in a small area. It made me want to get out of that area as quickly as possible.
The pool is a decent size with a pretty warm hot tub. However, lots of kids running around without supervision.
There is a nice flatscreen tv in the room, however very limited channels. If you are going with children, note that there is no disney channel or nick.
Overall, I had a good experience. You get what you pay for. If you need a place to just sleep this is the place for you. If you want a place to do more than sleep, and have a party atmosphere as well, look else where.
