Neat old hotel with good location to Fremont Street. Big room with a very comfortable and firm King-sized bed and the best pillows ever in a hotel/motel. We really liked the easy access to Fremont Street. Only negative thing is as soon as you open the door to the lobby, it smells like cigarette smoke no matter what time of the day. The facility needs a better circulation system. June 17, 2013
Far from the maddening crowd and no resort fees It is a typical Las Vegas Casino hotel, so there is nothing much to say about it except that the rates were lower and there was no resort fee. The internet was $10 a night, no coffee maker in the room. The hotel reeks of a smoking odour everywhere, except the nonsmoking room we had. June 1, 2013
Good Value Nice room, comfortable beds, cheap buffet, smoky casino. Had a cricket in my A/C that drove me crazy the first night and found another in the hallway. Never did find the pool. May 17, 2013
Parking area is not clean and with WIFI almost free every where they still charge for. This review base on my experience with Main Street hotel. April 14, 2013
very satisfyed customer service was excellent. the room was clean and comfortable. i would recommend this hotel to freinds April 12, 2013
A secret gem in Las Vegas This hotel exceeded our expectations 100%!! The room was very comfortable, nice and clean. The king size bed was a definite +++ The buffet was reasonably priced and food was good. The micro brewery was a very pleasant surprise with excellent food and very good beer. Location was great, two blocks to Fremont Street and had lots of parking. Main Street Station will be our first choice for our next visit to Las Vegas! April 10, 2013
My favorite place to stay downtown This is a very nice place especially for the price. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Triple 7 bar and restaurant has great food and the service is good throughout. Only a block from Fremont street and very quiet. I would stay here again, definitely. March 27, 2013
Right on the money! I had an excellent time at the Main Street Station! ! ! I would definitely recommend this hotel again in the near future. The character of the hotel was outstanding, the ambiance very inviting, even the restaurants were absolutely appetizing. A must stay for the next time I'm in Vegas again, which I hope will be soon! Everything I did in Vegas was in fairly walking distance, shuttles, tours were exceptional, even shopping! I wish I had more time. And when they say: What happens in Vegas--stays in Vegas, well, the secret's out now! ! ! March 12, 2013

Are there hidden fees at this hotel?

I know some hotels have an extra fee when you register. I just want to know if there are such fees when you register at this hotel.

Answer:
You might be thinking of a resort fee. Main Street Station is one of the few Las Vegas properties that does NOT charge a resort fee. However, your bill will be higher than the base rate you are quoted for the room because you will be charged a room tax.

Answer:
We just stayed in this hotel a few days ago. There are no hidden fees. However, if you want internet, you have to pay $10 a night. One thing we found out that if you book through Vegas.com, your credit card does not go on file with the hotel and they cannot authorise any charges other than what you already paid.
