Rated 5 out of 5 Love it !!! Great!!! Customer service, friendly, clean, room was big April 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 Hotel was just right for our stay! We were completely satisfied with our stay at the Luxor! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! We especially enjoined The Pyramid cafe only wishing it was open longer hours! The room was clean and comfortable with the only problem being low water pressure in the shower. Overall Perfect! April 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good time at the Luxor I booked a three day weekend at the Luxor because I wanted to stay down at the south end of the strip for a change, plus I was going to the Pacquiao fight. Got the room type I requested and I was in the East Tower, which turned out to be fine. My room was clean with an average view of the front of the Luxor. Please note, as with most rooms, no coffee pot, fridge, or IHome music station (Just little alarm radio). I was prepared and brought my travel speakers. Table games and slots paid out fine. Only disappoint was $20 food and beverage credit cannot be used at the buffet. If your looking for a quailty hotel at a good price and want to stay at that end of the strip.. I recommend Luxor. April 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product was Very comfortable I felt in love with everything about it the lay out how open it is, the room was very spacious and really nice, just perfect so comfortable and clean I really have nothing negative to say! I'm definitely staying again on my next trip. April 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Casino, room, service I had a amazing time at the Luxor. Thanks for everything!!! April 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Anniversary20 We enjoyed our stay at Luxor, workers were friendly, rooms clean. Pool stated heated, but it was ice cold. Elevator 2B door shook as you went up. Didn't care for the sales men/women at every entrance that asked you and hounded you every time you walked by to checkout a new resort in exchange for a meal and show. April 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice room This hotel stay was very nice and affordable. As with every hotel in Vegas the parking was a ways away. The walkways and tram are very convenient especially if you've been drinking April 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by My stay was awesome! I loved staying at the Luxor! Everyone was super friendly and the room was absolutely GREAT! April 13, 2014

Answer:
Instead of double beds, several of the room types at Luxor come with two queen beds -- like the Pyramid Deluxe Queens, the Tower Deluxe Queens and the Pyramid Suite. If you have specific needs and concerns for a room, your best bet is to contact one of our Customer Service Reps. They can also make the booking for you. You can talk to them in person (and toll-free in the U.S.) by calling (866) 998-3427. Or send an email to CustomerService@vegas.com.

Answer:
The Hotel does not offer a free shuttle service; however, the staff can assist you with calling and scheduling a pickup from the local shuttle busses. The fee is around $7 one-way, and you must schedule your pick-up 2.5 hours prior to your flight. The shuttle makes about 4-5 stops at other hotels along the way to the airport, so they want to make sure you arrive in plenty of time to catch your flight! :)

Yes, sort of. At the airport, there are many shuttle stations and you can set up a drop off/ pick-up right from the hotel for about $14 total. It was reasonable, and ends up being cheaper than the cab ride to and from.

The Luxor does not offer a coffee pot in any of their rooms. They also do not have a refrigerator. However, you can request a mini refrigerator for your room, but there is a $25 per night fee and they do not guarantee they will be available. Coffee pots are not available to rent.

We stayed in a Pyramid King suit... we were surprised there was no coffee pot, fridge or even a safe. We didn't think to ask if they were available for a fee, although we DID notice what appeared to be a safety deposit box area of sorts just to the left of the registration desks, so that may be why there was no safe in the room.

Yes for an extra fee of course! About $30 if the room is available... Fight it and the fee can be waived!

Answer:
I've had early check in here before, but it will be based on availibility and your willingness to take an available room vs. your preference. (maybe 2 beds instead of a single). I do not remember if there was a fee at Luxor, but if so, I would guess $10-$15

Answer:
We flew in early as well and had the bell services hold our bags for us until check in time. Check in is at 1130. We got there at 9. Checked our bags and walked around until check in. They are nice enough to bring your bags up to the room if you call and tell them what room you are in. Very convenient and easy. I would recommend doing that.

Answer:
Hi,

Early check in all depends on if the room type you booked is available at the time you show up. The normal check in time at the Luxor is 3 p.m. and the check out time is 11 a.m. If you show up at 7 a.m. there may or may not be any rooms available until after 11 a.m. when check outs take place.

Our advice is to head to the hotel and see if there's an available room. If not, you can still check your bags in, start your vacation and head back to the hotel when your room is ready. There typically isn't a charge to check in your bags or to check into your room early. However it's customary to tip the bellman a few dollars for your bags.
