Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 390 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Didn't feel SAFE there. First time staying at a down town casino/hotel. Getting to the hotel was a bear as Fremont street is blocked off. Lots of parking, Check in was good, but then I was told about noise from outside. But was informed that as I was on the 15th floor, I should not hear much. I noted that there was no security guard posted at the elevators for the tower I was staying in. I asked a guard about this later and was told that only the inside tower had a guard posted at the elevators. Not a good feeling as the tower had it's elevators were near the front door! Nice enough room for the price. Nice view of A/C units on top of other buildings. Lot of noise from Fremont Street, right up to midnight. Cleaning lady mention ear plugs, Didn't help much. If your not a drinker or young, I'd pass on the Fremont street party. Lot of ruff looking types. No police around. Sin city at it's worst. Next time back to my regular hotel / casino April 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by I was ver pleased I was pleased that my name was in the system, wen we checked out they said everything was taken care of. We had pleasant stay. April 9, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Management SHOULD NOT over book their room with a customer who has a multiple day stay reserved January 12, 2014 (stay dates March 15 - March 18) After calling the front desk the morning of March 15 to say we WERE staying with Four Queens( per the January 12 reservation), but would be arriving on a late flight about 12 midnight, we were told at the front desk there were no more rooms available when we arrived. The front desk attendant ( sorry I did not get his name) was embarrassed and apologetic, but had to call Eddie (the night manager) to get everything straightened out. He was also apologetic, and offered us a free dinner if we check in at the desk the next evening. Since we were going on to Minneapolis on March 18 and did not have a car, they found us a room at Gold Coast, gave us a ride to that hotel arriving at 3 am in the morning. The hotel limousine picked us up in the morning and after discussing the situation with the day manager, I believe her name was Ruby, she gave us a nice suite for the same price as our original reservation and a $30.00 meal voucher for Magnolias, the in-house restaurant. The staff on duty at our arrival was exceptional, and I hope you realize they went way beyond their job description when they have to make up for others mistakes at 1 am in the morning with very tired travelers. (we had a 6 hour flight to Las Vegas before arriving). There is no excuse for giving away a room of a customer who not only has a multiple day stay, maked a reservation more than 2 months ahead of time, but ALSO call to CONFIRM that reservation the morning of the arrival. The hotel, casino, room and restaurant was very nice, once we were able to get into our room. Discussions with management needs to address overbooking and also discussing with staff to be sure that a confirmation of a reservation the day of arrival needs to be noted so the guest will have accommodations when arrive. We enjoy the affordable rates and the downtown location of the Four Queens. Since we stayed twice , both February and March 2014, I hope this problem will be remedied before we consider our trip to Las Vegas next year. We have stayed in 4 other hotel casinos both on the strip and downtown, but no matter where we stay, or how extensive the "interior decorating" we always expect competent service. My ratings were positive BECAUSE the staff working late night March 15 was able to solve a major problem. I hope I can consider a SUCCESSFUL stay at the Four Queens in the future. Rated 4 out of 5 by This product has great features... Overall good experience. Had a great time and enjoy our vacation. March 31, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Beautiful view from the room. The hotel was overall pretty nice, however most of the staff was rude and not helpful. The vallet staff on the other hand were very nice and they did their jobs well. March 30, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by No guarantee in room request We decided to stay here for the great deal but were disappointed when we were told that the room we reserved was not available, we asked for a king and got two full size. For a couple dollars more we could of reserved directly through hotel or through other location and got a non smoking king size like we needed. March 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Trip Excellent location, Good Food and Drink specials Was very happy with the location. you step out of the hotel and right into the excitement. There is a stage with music, local vendors, food and alcohol on every corner. This was the best location ever!! I thought about going to the Luxor or the Trump building but really you don't spend that much time in the room and the rooms at the 4 Queens were perfect and really nice. The bathrooms are a little rough with old tile sinks but really nothing to complain about. The restaurants had amazing food and they provide you with a gift book with buy one get one free. Had french toast, bacon, eggs and hash browns for 2 people and spent $10. Killer deal. They also have the same for Binions across the street which is the sister location apparently. Cant say enough about this place Awesome!! March 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good location, and they do a good job rewarding new players. Overall, the experience was good. Wasn't really displeased with anything. Some things I considered average (room for example). It was a bit awkward having the shower ceiling so low. My head was only a couple inches away from touching. March 18, 2014

Answer:
They do not but the DEUCE bus runs front very near the hotel to the strip and costs $7.00 for 24 hr pass. Excellent value. Used it often. The bus runs the full length of the strip. The bus to both outlet malls also is picked up very near the hotel.

Answer:
Your best bet is to take the city bus, its 8 dollars for a 24 hour pass. They are clean and will take you any where you want to go. The also run 24/7 so you will never get stuck. As for shuttles we didn't find any.

Answer:
I do not know about shuttles, the best and most used way would be the City Bus called the Double Deuce. For a 24 hour pass it is $8 and it comes and goes all throughout the night (every 15-20 minutes). There are several stops located both in Downtown and on the Strip. Easy access and usually it's filled with Tourists. So you feel safe overall.
