Customer service is always great at the 4 Queens The room we had was very noisy could hear everything on Freemont Street usually it is not so loud this time it seemed very loud, but other than that everything else was awesome. June 12, 2013
This property is Run Down and Service in the venue's was surly I didnt expect the Taj Mahal for the price, but I did expect clean. There were dust bunnies under the bed skirt and behind the bedside tables ( I discoverered these when I pulled the table out to look for a plug to use for my cell phone charger) it was evident that nobody had done a thorough cleaning in a while. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and there was a clear plastic price tag affixed to the other bedside table, that I didnt see until the next day. The pool was out of service for repair, they did offer for us to walk down to the Plaza to show our room key to use that pool, but it was 118 outside. We ate Lunch in the Chicago Brewery, we had to ask for a table to be bused and we had to go geet our own menu's (it wasnt that busy) when we were finally asked for our order, the waitress was obviously not happy to be there and when she brought our order back she practically threw it down on the table. The gift shop was surprisingly well outfitted for its small size. But I doubt that we will stay here again. June 11, 2013
good place to stay. Good clean room great location and helpful staff. The Magnolia restaurant had good food and at a good price. June 9, 2013
Good Value and Nice Rooms This is the second time we have stayed here. Each time we had a nice room and the staff was great. We will stay here again in the future. It is right in the center of the Fremont Experience. June 8, 2013
Old Vegas is BACK!! Much better deals downtown! Everything is cheaper, just like Vegas used to be!!! June 7, 2013
Satisfied with VEGAS.COM ,hotel in need of little help Good service and outcome from VEGAS.COM , Four Queens lacked in minor aspect of room function ,but otherwise happy with trip/package. Would most definitely purchase from VEGAS.COM and visit Four Queens again . June 6, 2013
Great product I loved my time in Las Vegas. Specially my stay at the Four Queens and the downtown location and the experience. Had a great te!! June 4, 2013
4 Queens is a great place to stay. This was my first stay at 4 Queens on Fremont Street and from now on I will stay on Fremont Street versus the LV Strip. The service was excellent and the room was clean, though next time I will request a room not facing Fremont Street (to much noise from the street band). Really enjoyed my stay at the 4 Queens. Answer:
They do not but the DEUCE bus runs front very near the hotel to the strip and costs $7.00 for 24 hr pass. Excellent value. Used it often. The bus runs the full length of the strip. The bus to both outlet malls also is picked up very near the hotel.

Answer:
Your best bet is to take the city bus, its 8 dollars for a 24 hour pass. They are clean and will take you any where you want to go. The also run 24/7 so you will never get stuck. As for shuttles we didn't find any.

Answer:
I do not know about shuttles, the best and most used way would be the City Bus called the Double Deuce. For a 24 hour pass it is $8 and it comes and goes all throughout the night (every 15-20 minutes). There are several stops located both in Downtown and on the Strip. Easy access and usually it's filled with Tourists. So you feel safe overall.
