The party keeps going and growing at the resort where Sin City meets Mexico, the Fiesta Henderson. Service oriented and family-friendly, the Fiesta Henderson offers many amenities, from gambling to dining, to keep its customers loyal.

Those who haven’t visited in awhile will find many exciting changes as the hotel continues to modernize and remodel. Among them is the addition of a roomy parking garage with 24-hour valet service at the bottom level. The expansion also increased the gaming space, relocated the race and sports book and added a rewards center, 12-screen digital movie theater, family-friendly arcade and food court.

Not far from the parking garage, a new lobby makes check-in convenient and quiet. Two nearby internet kiosks provide guests the opportunity to check their e-mail or even print their boarding pass (for a fee).

With its elevated location near Henderson’s Black Mountain, the Fiesta Henderson’s well-priced rooms boast expansive views of the entire Las Vegas Strip or the pool and mountains. Amenities include newspaper delivery, internet access and a morning room service menu to help wake you up right; guests can even have Starbucks delivered right to their room.

The two-story casino is spacious with two table pits, a variety of slots and a keno lounge. The poker room, located on the main casino level, offers five tables featuring "Texas Hold 'Em," and is one of the few around that still allows smoking. Every session in the 300-seat, all-paper bingo room on floor two is nearly filled to capacity.

There are dining options to fit all moods and appetites at the Fiesta Henderson. Seven live-action cooking stations with more than 70 selections from around the world await diners at the Festival Buffet, where plentiful seating overlooks the casino. For a more elegant meal, try Fuego, which features a fine selection of steak and seafood. Amigo's Mexican Cantina offers one-of-a-kind margaritas served by flair bartenders and guacamole made tableside. For something quick and casual, visit the modern food court.

The tableside guacamole at Amigo's isn’t the only thing that’s green at the Fiesta Henderson. The hotel is committed to helping the environment, with several earth-friendly initiatives in place, such as the addition of recycling bins throughout the property.

Those who need a break from gaming will find live music on Saturday nights in the Cerveza Cantina, just one of three 24-hour bars and lounges on the casino floor. During the warmer months, a pool and hot tub provide a relaxing retreat. Business travelers will find adequate meeting space in the Cancun Room.

Although it may seem off the beaten path for tourists, easy access to the U.S. 95 and I-215 freeways makes this hotel and casino a worthwhile journey southeast of the Las Vegas border.
