The hotel is horibble We booked a non-smoking room, got one smoking because no more available. We booked a king bed room, got one with two double beds. The photos on internet all are from the time hotel opened, now everything is old there, the floor carpet was dirty, just linen and towels were clean. Thanks God we have to stay just two nights there. I definitely don't recommend this hotel because what you see in advertise is not even close to what you get. February 20, 2013
This is THE WORST hotel experience I have ever had! This place is just plain horrible on so many levels. For one they charge fees that they don't tell you about when you check in from Vegas.com or from their actual website, and not only that the rooms look nothing like what they appear on in their website, everything there is false advertisement. When I got there to check in they said that I had reserved for a king size bed but I wasn't going to get it because it wasn't a for sure thing which made absolutely no sense to me since I paid the amount for a king size bed! So I had to be stuck with two full beds, all in all this place is a DUMP I would never recommend it to anyone, the service is bad they few you for absolutely nothing, and if your lucky you can pay for something but not get what you want. Take my advice DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! January 5, 2013
I will stay someplace else next time. Asked for a non-smoiking room but was given a smoking room. Only available room was on the ground floor which was very noisy. Car was broken into in the parking lott, window smashed and clothes stolen. October 7, 2012
It's worth the mid-week rates Its worth the mid-week rates, but not really the $120 for a Saturday night. The room was fair, the service was good, the room served its purpose, but definitely nothing fancy. The restaurants and buffet we priced well. August 1, 2012
Not too terribly bad, but you could be waiting for a customer service person for a long time. Oh, and there's a $100 deposit that they don't tell you about before you get there. You get it back, but it would have been nice to know before-hand in case I was short on funds.. The place was fine, and the room was pretty good. The walls were paper thin. Old, but clean. Housekeeping staff were very helpful. Desk clerks were rude. There's a Mexican resturaunt, food was okay, service sucked. There's a Denny's but the day we were there, there were no waffles or bananas. The day we were leaving we went to the buffet, but it didn't open till nine, travelers want to leave early. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was no bell staff, no carts to use to bring your luggage in. There are no pros February 27, 2012
A typical Vegas resort hotel. Good neighborhood, easy to find and clean. It was clean, good rate, easy to find. We wished there was a 24 hour buffet or restaurant other than Denny's in the building. Other than that it was great. February 7, 2012
