Not too terribly bad, but you could be waiting for a customer service person for a long time. Oh, and there's a $100 deposit that they don't tell you about before you get there. You get it back, but it would have been nice to know before-hand in case I was short on funds.. The place was fine, and the room was pretty good. The walls were paper thin. I could hear conversations and loud sex from the next rooms. March 20, 2012
Old, but clean. Housekeeping staff were very helpful. Desk clerks were rude. There's a Mexican resturaunt, food was okay, service sucked. There's a Denny's but the day we were there, there were no waffles or bananas. The day we were leaving we went to the buffet, but it didn't open till nine, travelers want to leave early. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was no bell staff, no carts to use to bring your luggage in. There are no pros February 27, 2012
A typical Vegas resort hotel. Good neighborhood, easy to find and clean. It was clean, good rate, easy to find. We wished there was a 24 hour buffet or restaurant other than Denny's in the building. Other than that it was great. February 7, 2012
