Customer Service was bad;facility was great but we needed 2 beds (not a jacuzzi tub)could not furnish a roll away either? We were disappointed in the manner that the front desk handled our situation. We were informed that our request did not show in there system that 2- beds were requested (just non smoking) but when we contacted Vegas.com it was verified and my print-out on my confirmation showed the request also. The representative of Vegas.com notified us that the Casino had already up-grade us to a Petite Suite and 2-bed rooms were no longer available. We were reminded that requests are ONLY PREFERENCES and there are NO GUARANTEES! We had called earlier that day to check on the cut-off for late check-in because @ 3:30pm we were not going to arrive until 7pm. I didn't think to verify our preferences then? I was traveling with my brother and so someone had to sleep on the floor. When I tried to relax in the jacuzzi tub the control valve pop out in my hand. It was reported but was not going to operate during our stay. There are to many other site to refer to so I will not be using your site again. September 6, 2012
I enjoyed the choices I had for restaurants. This is my second time staying at the Eastside Cannery. It is an excellent location when I want to be away from the strip, finding the hotel is easy, plenty of parking is available, and the beds are very comfortable. I will always consider the Eastside Cannery when in Vegas. July 15, 2012
Good Deal Great deal at the last minute. Room was nice size, comfortable and clean! Casino was clean and felt safe. Would definitely stay again. Price was reasonable for the service/amenities. One suggestion - soap and shampoo are in wall dispensers, which is okay, but would have liked to have an additional dispenser for lotion. July 10, 2012

Overall, I think Vegas has arguable the best hotel value in America. The old strastophere rooms (that they have now updated) were my worst experience and still a 4 on a scale of 1-10. February 10, 2012
I would show them the many pictures that I took! And tell them what a great time I had. Was close to the strip... Also, the bank, gas station, Denny's & grocery store were located directly across the street! November 14, 2011
Nice, clean room but you will be charged for everything - coffee, internet, etc. The room was nice and fairly spacious, but as mentioned previously, the lack of the availability of the king bed, the fact that there was no coffee pot, and the charge for internet service lowered my overall experience.
