Rated 5 out of 5 by I would definitely come back to Buffalo Bill's Griselda at the Buffalo Bill's Hotel, she was also very helpful. It was great using Vegas.com. My husband and I appreciated all the help. Thank you all for a great experience. April 8, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by check in was horrible checking in was horrible. there was only two workers and at one point there was just one worker working. And everyone in line was getting restless, that there was only one worker. Ice machines didnt have any ice and looked like they havent been serviced for a while. this is the first i have felt about this hotel and i have stayed in this hotel many times but this time wasnt pleaseant for me. Its sad to say it but makes me not want to come back. April 1, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Eyes wide open Buffalo Bills gets a 2.5 star rating at best. I booked three nights. When we arrived, the room was clean with the exception of some nasty stuff in an obvious place on the wall and the toilet needed more detailed attention. I was surprised at how clean the carpet appeared to be. (I have stayed in more expensive and more highly rated hotels who's carpet was in worse shape.) The room had not been remodeled in quite some time, but was acceptable. I was traveling with my 14 year old son and ate at the Denny's located in the hotel. The experience there was very good. BB's is not a bad place to stay. Check in/out was smooth. The casino was well organized and appealing. The staff that I interacted with was pleasant. If you are looking for "high end", then it may not be for you. Just know what to expect for the price you pay. April 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Buffalo Bill This is a great place to stop by before and after you leave Las Vegas to go home! You can grab a quick meal or dine in and later ride the Desperado or log ride before ending your Vegas trip. There's other rides for children too and gamd rooms fir your little one to enjoy. The cost of the rides are pretty pricey, so pay for the all day wrist band to save yourself money! The only downside to Buffalo Bill is that the rides are only open on Friday and weekends. They should be open everyday! March 24, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not Bad. I booked this hotel only to sleep for the night after the long ride to Vegas. I had read several reviews and was not sure what to expect but decided to book as it was only going to be to sleep. I arrived at 11pm and was the 2nd person in line to check in. After about 5 minutes I was called up and was greeted in a friendly manner. I was checked into the "B" building which was on the right hand side of the "check-in" counter. I was a little skeptical after walking down the hall as it looked really old and smelled funky. The ceiling was not that high and could be touched if you put your arms up. The carpet was old and smelled like people were "smoking" although it was the non-smoking section. I went up to my floor and it finally started to look like a normal hotel. The room was a decent size with a king bed. Nothing fancy. It had an old school 23-27" box tv with about 10 static channels. The room also contained a loud a/c unit. The bed was somewhat comfortable. Overall, it's an average older hotel. Don't expect much from this place. I only booked as a last minute thing. Casino was small and wasn't paying much out. Then again, I only played slots machines for about an hr before sleeping in. They have a Denny's inside and some Mexican food place. October 24, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Going Downhill Most restaurants were closed. Slow check in even though I was second in line. Tattered carpet in room. Old, worn out TV. October 12, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed We have stayed at Buffalo Bill's before and we understand that the Primm Casinos are not like the luxury hotels in Vegas, but it was disappointing that we could not swim. We were told the pool is closed Monday through Thursday, but that we could go over to the Primm Valley Casino. We went over to the Primm Valley to see if we wanted to bother getting all our stuff together to go swimming and found that the tram to Whiskey Pete's is also closed during the week just like the pool at Buffalo Bill's. The only restaurants that are open are charging outrageous prices and even Denny's did not have their regular inexpensive menu. The bed was comfortable, but the non-smoking smelled smoky as I think we were too close to the casino (3rd floor) or maybe we were next to a smoking room. August 9, 2013
