Never stay there, lost luggage, long valet line, cockroaches in room, lipstick on pillowcases, spatter on walls, etc.

The wait to check in was too long. The room had ants. The toilet handle had to be adjusted after each flush to stop the water from running continuously and the tv had very poor reception. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Cons: Noisey air condition unit, slow service at restraunt, and not many open Blackjack tables on a Monday or Tuesday

A lot of improvement has been done to the resort overall. Buffalo Bills is much better now and much needed maintenance has been performed which makes for a nicer resort. That being said there are a couple of things I would like to bring to your attention. I was at Buffalo Bill's yesterday, the 4th of July and while the wagon and hay bails in front of the hotel were cool, the area was covered in crusty old trash, not new trash, the area had not been picked up for weeks. This job does not take a lot of man hours and this small attention to detail makes a big difference in the overall experience and whether a customer will come back or not. On the 4th of July is when you want the resort running at 100%, attention to detail and a fully running park is one of the reasons the Primm resorts became a great destination resort rather than just a state line stopover. I love all the improvements that have been made and I can't wait to come back!

First time ever for me and husband had fun, checking in was bad only 3 Windows open we were late due to accident on the freeway along with others that were checking in also I think they should have had more people at the window to check us inalso we asked for a smoking room with a bathtub we did not get the bathtub we had two beds in our room which is not a big deal but we really would have enjoyed bath tub also sink was slow drainthe view there was not very much of a view we were on the backside but all in all most of those things are minor but we did enjoy ourselves excellent bed I thought I was on a cloud very good we appreciate everything thank you very much we will definitely do it again.

Sorry to say, my stay at Buffalo Bill's was the worse ever. I guess anywhere you stay at Stateline is not good. From the time we arrived at our room to the time we wanted a drink at the bar was not good. I think you shoud teach your bartender how to make a drink. He had to ask the waitress how ro make the drink and he still got it all wrong. It took him a long time to count out our change. We just cut our day stay short by one day and took the lost. I have to say all in all it was not a good stay. The best thing to do is to drive on to Las Vegas.

Staying at a Motel 6 would have been better than our room. Bathroom had tile missing from the wall, television quality was poor, remote only partially worked, bed had only one pillow for each person, Only shampoo in bathroom, no conditioner (water was extremely hard). The carpet should have been replaced years ago. Monorail was out of commission, had to use our car as husband had recent knee surgery and had difficulty walking.
On the plus side,the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly including Denny's restaurant.
