Rated 4 out of 5 by UmpreesTravelers Beautiful Resort! Beautiful Price!
The suite was very large and comfortable and we had 4 adults staying in it. Beds were super comfy and the hotel makes you sign a NO PARTY/Celebration in your room so it was delightfully quiet. We came to see 2 concerts so didn't need a casino though the strip is only a 20 min walk (and shuttles available). Gorgeous free form pool. A perfect weekend for us! My only complaints are: they charge $12.99/day for wifi so be sure to turn wifi off on your phone or you will be charged! Also, only warm water came out of the taps and a single cup coffee maker with only 2 coffee pods provided. Fortunately, I brought my own coffee maker and coffee since we drove there. Otherwise, this was an excellent place to stay for an awesome price!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Dav1d23 Decent Crown Loft Suite
I booked a crown loft suite for a really good price for the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight. It was a decent and spacious suite, nothing fancy whatsoever. The kitchen is very small and has a small refrigerator and a microwave; no utensils nor cutlery. It came with two bathrooms, one up stairs and one down stairs. The tv's were also small. The bed was comfortable but there was no pullout bed, my friend had to sleep on the couch. The hot tub located on the stairs was pretty cool but it was also small and it wasn't working properly. The line to check in was quite long and it took forever because there was only one person checking people in. The guy that helped me check in was nice and friendly though. The gym center looked nice but the pool was bad! There was 3 pools and the pool closest to my room (pool 2) had no water in it for whatever reason.

Pros: This "resort" is located only a couple of minutes from the strip, across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel. The room was adequate for our two nights. The television was a decent size. The room was quite large, with a sitting area and small "bar" area with small fridge. Beautiful reception area and friendly staff. The room was perfect for our two-night stay, but I wouldn't use it for longer. Three pools, which were all nice.
Cons: We booked a king-sized bed room, but received a queen. No microwave, which was disappointing because we were unable to reheat our leftover food. The room showed some wear, such as snags in the carpet and broken tile in the bathroom. The shower water pressure was terrible, as was the lighting in the bathroom. No fan in the bathroom. The main pool was closed for a private event, and the only pool open was pool 3. Our room was in the far back, which was okay, except the planes were somewhat loud flying overhead. It didn't bother me, because I sleep very soundly, but it might be an issue for someone else. No maid service. The restaurant breakfast buffet was TERRIBLE. The only thing I could even stomach to eat was the fruit.
I would recommend this place as a budget-friendly option for 1-2 nights, but not longer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rickmonster Very affordable, great location.
Vegas has a million attractions, and the place where 80% of time I am sleeping need not be one of them. It is well-located and very affordable. Nothing fancy, but it's clean and well-kept, perfect as a base from which to go and DO the rest of Vegas. It's not a destination in-and-of itself, but as a place to rest your head, it's fine. (Note: if you are sensitive to airplane noise, its location may be a problem for you. I'm not one of those people, so it bothered me not at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by DisappointedGuest1 I had an overall bad experience at the Alexis.
Thermostat unit didn't work. I was put in a room that had work being done on the bed when I arrived. The walkways are poorly lit if lit at all. My notes for extra bedding were not attended to. I changed rooms after the first night to find an old package of strawberries in the refrigerator. The soap was not replaced during the course of a four day stay in the downstairs bathroom. The hot tub in both rooms were in disrepair and appeared dirty. I did not leave with the impression that the Alexis staff or management has a keen eye for good service.
