This room was great, very large living room with a small kitchen, the seprate bedroom was just as large and had a gas fireplace in it, the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. The property is very clean and nice. Didn't use the heated pool but it was clean. Will be staying here again forsure with super low rates and no resort fee. Right across from Hard Rock hotel and 2 blocks from the strip.

I stayed at this location and it was great the hotel staff was very friendly
the pools were nice the room was big as advertised
would love to stay here on my 2015 visit.

Plenty of space, like a small apartment. The pools were nice, clean and the grounds were pretty and well kept. I thought it a bit opportunistic that they do not offer free Wi-Fi in the rooms, but charge $12 a day for that service. You can go to the lobby or pools if you want free limited Wi-Fi. Even cheap hotels offer free internet. That is what downgraded the amenities from excellent. The average rating on Casino is because they do not have Casino in the resort that I am aware of. All in all, it was nice, clean, roomy and comfortable We will stay there again..

The night shift needs education about customer care. Room could be cleaner. There is a bar/kitchen in the suite without any utilities, not even a cup.---- There is a lot of room for improvement.

Their computer system is unreliable. I had a hastle getting ahold of someone on the phone between Saturday and Wednesday. i would be on hold for ten minutes or more only for them to tell me their system was down. This should have been the red flag for me to cancel my reservation.
Check-in took fifteen minutes. The receptionist was on a personal phone call while checking me in.
The tv in the bed room was dysfunctional. I called for service and no one ever came. I asked for a "Do Not Disturb Sign", waited fifteen minutes, walked all the way to the front desk to pick one up myself. They would not give me one at reception because someone had walked it to my room already. I go back to my room where my sister was waiting outside the room and found that no one had taken it. I dialed the reception again and waited ten more minutes for the card before an employee finally got me one.
The bath tub was faded and peeling. The walls in the restroom had old paint that was peeling off.
The hotel advertises three swimming pools. The one closest to my room was the only one in service. Pool 2 had a sign to visit pool 1 or 3, however pool 1 had a sign that read "Pool closed for the season". All guests in the hotel were in Pool 3, which, by the way, had a dysfunctional jacuzzi. The water in it was dirty, with debris from the trees and bushes.
I disliked my stay at this hotel, very much. With an experience like this, I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I would have known the service would be so bad, I would have cancelled my reservation upon attempting to check, even though they require full payment for the room. Very unhappy.

The good: Crown Loft Suite with a King upstairs and a full size pull out couch downstairs, nice kitchen, small fridge, 2 person jacuzzi in the middle of the stairs. Security roaming at night (keeps your car safe). 24 hour pool (way in the back).
Customer Service: FAR BELOW THE VEGAS STANDARD!
I have never been treated the way I was, I'm always the one to book rooms for my group, and I frequent Vegas around 6 times a year. They gave us a room without a pull out couch, broken fridge, dirty floors (and this was the "renovated room"). After being on hold for over an hour and arguing the "manager" moved us to another room, wayyyyyy in the back. Good thing was, the room was CLEAN and everything worked fine.
Bottom Line: I will avoid this place as much as I can. They seriously need to do something about their attitude, policies, etc. Housekeeping ladies were extremely nice though.
