You partied through the whole weekend and now that it's Monday, it's time to relax.
Seriously. Relax.
As the party's name implies, Relax is a much more laid-back pool party than Hard Rock Hotel's other offerings like the electronic dance music-centric Nectar Music Festival or the all-out Rehab. This daytime equivalent to "industry night" is about taking in the tropical scenery at HRH's Paradise Beach, backed by music from DJs renowned both locally and throughout the world.
The huge Paradise Beach complex includes sandy coves, food and beverage service from Palapa Bar & Grill and swim-up blackjack and high-end VIP options among the amenities, though most of the action takes place in the main pool area, which is closest to the DJ's booth, pumping both contemporary chart-toppers and party classics.
The beach area opens up to a long, river-style pool you can laze along, which in turn flows toward one of the VIP cabana sections. There's also a slide you can take to splash into the beach area, in case dipping your feet in like everybody else is too pedestrian for your tastes.
Palapa Bar & Grill has a fully stocked bar and although drink prices to run just a little more than average prices at other resorts, they are prepared quite strong and you can opt for the novelty cup - who can resist an offer like that? The bar itself is carved from the scenery of Paradise Beach, so feels like a more adult version of a theme park attraction.
Throughout the whole complex, you get a lot of variety in VIP options, with several kinds of cabanas available throughout Paradise Beach. You can be close to the main pool, along the longer "river" pool flowing from the beach area, or get one on the higher level with views of the entire pool area below. HRH employees are also readily available throughout Paradise Beach, pampering guests with complimentary facials and massage services.
As a surprise bonus, your admission means you also get to hit up the other two pool areas at HRH: Nirvana and Breathe, so you can take a break from taking a break.
There you have it: Sit back, Relax and take it easy. You've earned it.
