    • Wednesday: Retro night with DJ Keoni spinning music from the '70s, '80s and '90s.
    • Thursday: "Seduction" drag show hosted by Shannel at 2 a.m.
    • Friday: Dance party with DJ Chris Adams, featuring balloon drop, go-go boys, and no cover charge, and a $2 happy hour until midnight. "Starlett" drag show with Shannel at 1 a.m.
    • Saturday: DJs Chris Adams and Mikey Swift spin the best in hip-hop, rock and '80s music; no cover charge. "Playgirlz" cabaret show follows at 1 a.m.
    • Sunday: "Illusions" cabaret show hosted by Shannel, at 10:30 p.m. and 1:30 a.m.; no cover before 9:30 p.m.

Gipsy Review

Gipsy is a Vegas original. For years it's been the place to go for Vegas' gay dance enthusiasts and other open minds -- the most uninhibited and unpretentious dance club in town. Many have tried, but nobody has been able to kick a dent in the hot, sweaty crowds that fill this house. It's a true "come as you are" joint: You can dress as casual, swanky or slutty as you dare. The music mix starts out on the pop side of life and goes deep house in a hurry, and the crowd happens in a big way at midnight. Not for the small-minded, so if you're looking to shuffle your feet to "Brass Monkey," knock back shots of Jägermeister and fortify your ingrained homophobia, you should go elsewhere.
