Founded in 1884, P.J. Clarke's is a New York institution with Las Vegas as its first West Coast location. This has always been a man's bar that women like to go to. A saloon with a rich history and known for its classic hard liquor cocktails --you won't find a kiwi martini here
Arnold Penner and Philip Scotti have built an authentic establishment lined with warm hardwood paneling and lit with grand vintage fixtures salvaged from Boston, Harlem and Philadelphia. Center stage is the storied "Phoenix Bar" created and meticulously hand carved in Bordeaux more than 90 years ago. It was shipped to Las Vegas and restored to its original luster at a cost of $250,000.
