Caramel Review
Caramel at Bellagio is a great choice for a late-night destination or to enjoy a cocktail before dinner or a show.
The bar features sleek, sophisticated decor including two signature opaque marble tables, hand-blown glass sculptures, dark leather couches and a round ottoman perfect for group gatherings. Even though the windows in Caramel allow patrons to view the bustling casino outside, the crowd in the casino can't see in to the bar. The casino noise also is nicely filtered out, making for a more relaxing atmosphere.
Caramel offers a selection of wines, champagne, beer and standard cocktails, but this is one bar where you have to try a specialty martini.
Don't pass up the Oreo shake martini, made with Bailey's, Dutch chocolate vodka, Godiva chocolate and a splash of cream with crushed Oreos. It also is served with a chocolate chip cookie, the perfect garnish to this dessert-like cocktail.
Caramel also offers a light food menu, which includes shrimp cocktail, pâte, smoked salmon, an assorted cheese plate and Caprese salad. Food prices average $13.
