Late Night at the House of Blues Las Vegas Review

There's no doubt that we have plenty of excitement in Vegas' nightlife scene, but it trends toward what's hip and radio-friendly at the time. If you love music but feel the DJ scene just sounds like clicks and whistles, Late Night at House of Blues is an experience you're going to love.

Every night of the week, the intimate Courtyard Room venue at House of Blues has a different live act. Being the "House of Blues," of course, means they have a blues-heavy band rotation, but there are alt-rock sets on Tuesday and Thursday is acoustic night. Though it's a small venue, there's a bar, plenty of floor space to enjoy the show and table seating. And while this ain't no disco, you might the audience dancing along at Motown Rhythm & Blues Sundays.

Late Night at HOB features free admission and the drinks flow affordably. In true Vegas late-night fashion, you can also go for bottle service, which is reasonably priced compared to many places elsewhere on the Strip. Just take note, shows usually start around 8 p.m. and run late (but vary by night), so get there early if you want to find a prime spot.
