Above and Beyond Tour

Maximize your experience with a flight to the Grand Canyon, helicopter ride to the canyon floor and a river rafting tour through the Colorado River's Black Canyon.

Your tour begins with a breathtaking airplane flight over Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and the majestic Grand Canyon, landing at the Hualapai Airport in the Hualapai Indian Nation. Next you will board a helicopter for an exhilarating 4,000-foot descent to the canyon floor.

Here at the banks of the mighty Colorado River you will board a river raft to view ancient geological formations from the base of the Grand Canyon. After your river trip, ascend to the top of the Grand Canyon via helicopter where you will enjoy a barbecue-style lunch at Guano Point.

Both of the airplane and helicopter offer air conditioning for passenger comfort. Guests ride in a nine-passenger 209B Grand Caravan with High Wing Turbo propellers. 

Colorado boat trip; This is not a whitewater rafting trip. The tour is approximately 15 minutes long and includes a slow pontoon boat trip on the Colorado River. 

For each guest weighing more than 275 pounds, an adjacent empty seat is required to safely balance the aircraft. Tour company will charge a reduced rate for the adjacent seat at the time of check-in.
