Special requirements: Guests must be at least eight years old to ride the horse. For safety reasons, guests participating in this tour must not weigh more than 260 pounds. Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver form. Hats, sunglasses, backpack and a camera are recommended. Sandals are not permitted.

Tour Description

Saddle up with professional cowboys and experience the West on this unique trail ride that includes a barbecue dinner.

This is your chance to enjoy a horseback ride through spectacular Eldorado Canyon. A shuttle bus will pick you up and transport you to the canyon area.

You will meet your cowboy guides there as you saddle up and head out for your trail ride. Ride like pioneers and experience fresh air, good horses and scenic trails full of history and geological wonders. Witness breathtaking views of the Colorado River, explore gold and silver mines from the 1800's and visit some of the original homes that once belonged to miners, cowboys and Native Americans.

End your evening with a hearty steak dinner and refreshing bottled water by a crackling campfire.
