New York-New York Race and Sports Book Review

The sports book at New York - New York is relatively small. There are two elongated desks with 12 individual TVs on each of them in the race area. In all, there is seating for about 24 horseplayers. Horseplayers also can view 12 big-screen televisions and seven small screens along the video display wall.

The race area also features a handy kiosk with an interactive screen that displays entries and odds at various race tracks.

The sports area features six big-screen and three small-screen TVs. Electronic boards flank the sports video wall. The chairs in the sports area are big, comfortable and feature drink holders and a mini-desktop.

You can find parlay cards on a counter to the sports viewer's right. But beware, while perusing parlay cards, several resort visitors might mistake you for a resort employee and ask directions.

The reception and picture of all the book's TVs are spectacular. Many find standing behind the book and leaning on the railing the most comfortable manner in which to watch a contest.

Bathrooms and a snack bar are located nearby. The sports book is also conveniently located next to The Sporting House Bar & Grill, which serves popular bar food and has 130 televisions where you can watch all of the games.
