Leroy's Race and Sports Book at Golden Gate Review
The Golden Gate's Race and Sports book is probably Vegas' smallest when it comes to Downtown or Strip properties -- it's really more of a nook.
However, it's managed by Leroy's Horse & Sports Place, the largest operator of sports books in Nevada. You can bet on all the major sports, plus slightly left-of-field events like arena football.
There's no seating at this book, but it's just around the corner from the classic wood carved Golden Gate bar. Just a little further to the back you'll find the San Francisco Shrimp Bar & Deli with its famous (and delicious) 99-cent shrimp cocktails. They'll make a classic complement to your sports wagering.
