Excalibur Race and Sports Book Review
The Excalibur race and sports book is all about convenience.
There's a bar inside the book and food service available throughout. There are even restrooms located right inside.
As for the sports action, there are 33 plasma big screens measuring at least 50 inches. And it's anchored by a 10-foot-by-8-foot HD television.
The book accepts straight bets, money lines and totals, and offers weekly odds for golf, NASCAR and tennis. They have parlays, teasers, future betting (for NBA, Super Bowl, World Series, NCAA basketball, Nextel Cup and Kentucky Derby), halftimes on NFL and televised basketball games, pari-mutuel betting and greyhound betting.
The look of the book is more upscale than it was in the past, and is indicative of what's in store for the Excalibur, which is in the process of revamping its image.
