Q and A with Vince
Why/when did you move here?
I moved here last year from Los Angeles to escape the beaches, movie stars and mild weather.
When did you start at VEGAS.com, and what does your job entail?
I started working here last summer in 120-degree weather. I manage the content for our Spanish-language web site. Basically
I translate show reviews, write original reviews and more recently started blogging about the ins and outs of having fun in
Vegas without losing your shirt.
What is your favorite thing about working at VEGAS.com?
It gives me the opportunity to know more about the entertainment business in this town than I could otherwise. So when I make
recommendation to friends/acquaintances, I know what I'm talking about.
What are your hobbies?
Is this a family web site?

Give us your top insider tips about Vegas
- When you're inside a casino, never forget that you're being watched. Cameras are everywhere. Don't do anything dumb like pulling a card out of your sleeve while playing poker.
- Look for coupons in the free magazines all over town for free cards, T-shirts, etc. and take these home to your children. They'll think you're the greatest.
- If you need to take a taxi, don't try to hail one on the Strip; they are not allowed to stop. Instead go the taxi area of a hotel.
