Vegas.com Wins Silver at World Finals for Tech Innovations in Contact Centers

The Contact Center World Awards, one of the industry's highest accolades, recognize companies with the best contact centers and customer service in the world.More than 600 entrants from 61 countries are represented at the annual Contact Center World Awards and Conferences.

The awards were presented during the "Best of the Best World Finals" awards ceremony and gala in Las Vegas, Nevada on Nov. 1.
