The awards were presented during the Best of the Best in Americas awards ceremony and gala in Orlando, Florida on June 5, the conclusion to a two-day conference. Finalists were interviewed by a panel of industry professionals and were judged for merit by conference participants. Each of the nine category winners, who are leaders in the fields of telecom, VOIP and contact center management, received the prestigious Contact Center World Award trophy and a gold, silver or bronze medal.
