VEGAS.com Arrow makes its Fiesta Bowl Parade debut

VEGAS.com Arrow BalloonPHOENIX (Dec. 29,2007) -- On Saturday, December 29, thousands of street spectators gathered in Central Phoenix for the 37th Annual Fort McDowell Fiesta Bowl Parade and were treated to a giant helium-filled VEGAS.com arrow balloon accompanied by seven handlers, each dressed as Elvis.

The VEGAS.com Arrow was one of two dozen giant balloons that joined 10 floats, 22 marching bands and about 50 other spectacles on the 2-mile parade route from Central Avenue at Montebello Avenue to Seventh Street at Campbell Avenue. The VEGAS.com Arrow balloon is 28 feet long, 14.75 feet tall and 4.5 feet thick.
