Tacos & Tequila (T&T) at Luxor Las Vegas
Showcasing modern Mexico while incorporating traditional elements of Mexican style and high-end Las Vegas flair, Tacos & Tequila launches its new night, "Viva T&T" at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15. A wacky rendition of Elvis Presley's "Viva Las Vegas" will showcase an entertaining routine choreographed to DJ Ernan's mariachi mash-up. Five-dollar margaritas, Tecate beers and shots of Hornitos tequila will be offered.
Rhumbar at The Mirage
Guests will enjoy a Latin fiesta on Thursday, Sept. 15 as well as free salsa lessons from 9 -- 9:30 p.m.
El Segundo Sol at Fashion Show Mall
On Thursday, Sept. 16, El Segundo Sol presents "Loco Hour," featuring specialty drinks and half-priced food such as bottomless chips and three salsas, fried peppers and quesadilla. Live music and mariachis will add to the fiesta atmosphere.
Tuscany Kitchen at Bellagio
Executive Chef Julian Serrano hosts a cooking demonstration at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 16 at 6 p.m. For $145 per person, guests will experience wine pairings with Director of Wine Jason Smith, Sommelier Arturo Valadez Sanchez and Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Marie Aubione. The 20th Annual Las Vegas International Mariachi Festival, a four-hour music and dance extravaganza celebrating Mexican heritage, will be held at 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18. The Rio keeps the party going with the Las Vegas Tequila Fest, Sept. 17-18. Guests can sample legendary brands as well as new and upcoming brands from spirits distilled in the heart of Mexico.

Top Latin DJs spin the latest reggaeton, Spanish pop and rock at 'Vida! Late Latin Nights' at 11:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 17.
At 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 17, Los Grandes Bailes invites revelers to partake in the Latin dance event featuring live performances by Banda Zacatecana de Tony Flores, First Prize winners at the War of the Bands (Guerra de Las Bandas) in 2009, and El Conjuto Peña Blanca, First Prize winners at the War of the Bands in 2010.
Gonzalez y Gonzalez inside New York-New York
Dulce Latin Nights presents a dance party featuring pop and rock en Espanol, electronic and more from midnight to 2 a.m. Sept. 17 -- 18.
Fusion Mixology Bar at The Palazzo
Now through Sept. 30, mixologists at Fusion offer "El Grito de la Independencia," named after the famous battle cry of the Mexican War of Independence. The drink features Ambhar Tequila, strawberries, lime juice, rock candy syrup and basil leaves topped with lemoncello foam. Fusion will also offer shots of Ambhar Tequila for $7.
