We are seeking Concierge/Box Office Agents for our retail locations. This position fulfills the needs of the Concierge Department and Ticketing Box Offices at our casino desks/locations by providing information and outstanding service to guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales, box office ticketing, knowledge of the Las Vegas area, and a strong background in customer service. We are seeking someone who has a passion for hospitality, travel, tourism and Vegas as a whole! You must be flexible with your schedules and be willing to work any day of the week.
